  “While I am not supporting this groomer, I did just want to let you know that $26 for a yorkie bath is cheap. I charge 9 dollars more. And you are charged because this is a service business, and the service was provided.
  
  Most groomers do not post prices because two dogs that are the same breed can have totally different coats. You could have an oversized, matted biting yorkie, or a smaller sized, fine haired sweetheart. It wouldn't be fair to the groomer to charge the same for both.
  
  I'm not standing up for this groomer, and I do not know them, as I am in another state. I just thought you might want to know that information. I would have finished the groom on your yorkie, or provided an approximate time of completion.”

  “I had a terrible experience with the owner of Pads, Paws and Claws. I dropped my Yorkie at 11:30AM and called three hours later to ask when he would be ready. I was told by Linda, the owner, that she had no idea. I said, its okay, I am not rushing you I just need an idea since the snow was worsening and I had a sick child, She said she could not tell me even a ball park time. I told her, I really had to know approximately how much more time and she said come in 30 minutes and he will only be bathed. I told her I wanted the whole service and was willing to wait and did not want him to just be bathed. She said come and get your dog. I went to the store and she demanded $26 for a bath I did not authorize. She would not release my dog to me and called the police, telling them I would not pay her. The police arrived and one said $26 for a bath? I had no choice but to pay her. She said she had no price list or prices posted. I was clearly being overcharged. When I arrived home, I noticed a pinkish hue on his scalp and he had abrasions and slight bleeding. I took a picture which I will be submitting to the Cranford Police Department to add the their report. This merchant is abusive to pets and their owners. NO STARS - HAD TO CHOOSE ONE OR REVIEW WOULD NOT POST”

  “i brought my dogs to dog patch in westfield. when they closed i tried a few groomers. i got a coupon for groovy groomer and tried them. i was so happy to see alice there. she had groomed my dogs for many years. when she left there i stayed at groovy groomer until one day i was going to the movies in cranford and stopped in this store to look around. once again i was surprised by alice. i made her promise tio never disappear onme again. don't fear coming here. they were good at the groovy groomer and they are good here.”

  “I'm happy with my new groomer. I am leary due to the way I was treated by them. I live in Cranford and have been in your store to purchase bully sticks. But as I said. I like my new groomer.”

  “I tried to see what your post is but can't find a listing for that shop. Yes, I worked there. So did one of my groomers... two actually, but one left last winter. I run my shop differently than any shop I have worked in. We have built a nice business in little over a year. Word of mouth is our best advertising, so ask your friends where they get their dogs groomed.”

  “Thank you for helping me find this groomer. I have a 7 year old Wheaton who has never looked so beautiful. I tried a few other groomers, none compare. She looks great, smells fantastic and was finished in a few hours. The other groomers kept her all day. Thanks again for helping me find Pads Paws & Claws.”
